The Embassies of the interim government of Venezuela, needed to increase awareness and adoption of its new chatbot system, which is designed to provide support and assistance to the Venezuelan community living abroad. The embassy in the US approached me to create a video that would effectively communicate the benefits of the chatbot and encourage its use.
We developed a video that highlighted the key features and benefits of the chatbot system, including its ability to provide information and assistance in real-time, its ease of use, and its ability to handle a wide range of inquiries.
The video was promoted on the embassy's social media channels and website, as well as on Venezuelan community-focused websites and social media groups. We also partnered with Venezuelan community leaders and influencers to help promote the video and chatbot system.
The video received positive feedback from the Venezuelan community, with many praising its clear and concise message. As a result of the video and promotional efforts, the chatbot system saw a significant increase in usage and adoption, with many community members reporting that it had become an essential tool for them.
Our efforts helped the Embassy to improve their service to the Venezuelan community living abroad, also the chatbot system played a vital role in the Embassy's activities and services, also improved their reputation and trustworthiness among the community.
