The Venezuelan State Department (of the interim government recognized by the US) wanted to inform and educate its citizens abroad about the new consular services it was offering, in order to increase utilization and provide better support to the Venezuelan community living abroad. The department approached me to create a video that would effectively communicate the new services and encourage their use.
We developed a video that highlighted the key features and benefits of the new consular services, including simplified procedures, and improved response times.
The video was promoted on the state department's social media channels and website, as well as on Venezuelan community-focused websites and social media groups. The agency also partnered with Venezuelan community leaders and influencers to help promote the video and the new consular services.
